Shipping & Returns Old

All orders are printed on-demand at our manufacturing facility in South Carolina. You should anticipate shipment within 5-7 days of placing your order, although processing times may vary slightly based on current ordering volume and in response to holidays (see below for a list of US holidays observed). 

Shipping of Fabric Orders

Fabric orders are currently shipped via FedEx and will typically arrive within 2 days of shipment to most residential addresses within the contiguous US. 

Shipping of Wallpaper Orders

Wallpaper Orders ship separately from fabric orders. Wallpaper rolls and samples are shipped via FedEx using ground service unless expedited shipment is purchased. Transit time varies by location. Orders will typically arrive within 5 days from shipment to most residential addresses within the contiguous US.

Springs Creative strives to offer cost efficient shipping options. Shipping rates and promotions can be viewed by adding a product to the cart and entering your ship to address.

Springs Creative observes the following holidays within the South Carolina manufacturing facility: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days), Christmas (2 days).
