At Springs Creative, all orders are cut-to-order or print-on-demand, meaning each item is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or restocks.

To ensure you're satisfied with your purchase, we highly recommend ordering test swatches first to confirm the product type, color, layout, and design scale.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at 1-855-322-7878 before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. If a physical review is required, we will work with you directly to resolve the issue.

In the event of a valid defect or damaged product, we will replace the damaged or defective items free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days at 1-855-322-7878 or email us at support@springscreative.com .
