Order Processing

  • Orders are typically printed and shipped from our SC facility within 5-7 business days.

  • Processing times may vary slightly during high order volume or around U.S. holidays (see list below).

  • You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

 


Fabric Orders

  • Shipped via FedEx.

  • Typically arrive within 2 business days of shipment to most residential addresses in the contiguous U.S.

 


Wallpaper Orders

  • Ship separately from fabric orders.

  • Wallpaper rolls and samples ship via FedEx Ground for standard shipping.

  • Transit times vary by location; most orders arrive within 5 business days of shipment.

 


Shipping Rates

  • We work hard to keep our shipping rates as affordable as possible. 
  • Rates and promotions are calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

Holiday Closures

Our South Carolina facility observes the following holidays:

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! We currently ship within the continental U.S. and U.S. territories. International shipping may be added in the future.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We ship via FedEx, which requires a valid street address (no P.O. Boxes at this time).

Will my order arrive in one package?

Fabric and wallpaper ship from different production lines, so they may arrive separately. Large orders may also be split by the carrier.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Expedited shipping may be available for wallpaper orders at checkout. Fabric orders ship via FedEx Ground.

What if something goes wrong with my order?
