SPRINGS CREATIVE PRODUCTS GROUP INTRODUCES THROW-TO-GO
Representatives from Springs Creative Products Group, LLC announced today that the company has released the Throw-to-Go backpack in a variety of popular licensed designs including Disney®, John Deere®, NASCAR®, Coca-Cola® and Hershey®.
The Throw-to-Go features a stylish backpack that unfolds to create a comfortable fleece throw blanket. When the blanket is not in use, consumers can simply fold it back into the shape of the backpack which can then be used to carry books and various other items. Springs Creative Products Group's Throw-to-Go backpacks range in price from $19.99 to $24.99.
A supplemental Decorate It Yourself kit is also available in the Disney® designs and allows consumers to personalize their Throw-to-Go with glitter stars, glitter paint and a variety of other accessories.

SPRINGS CREATIVE PRODUCTS GROUP LLC ANNOUNCES LICENSING PARTNERSHIP WITH NICKELODEON & VIACOM CONSUMER PRODUCTS
Representatives from Springs Creative Products Group LLC today announced they have entered into a licensing partnership with Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products. This partnership will allow Springs Creative Products Group to incorporate Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. properties Ð including SpongeBob SquarePants; iCarly; The Backyardigans; BlueÕs Clues; Go, Diego, Go; Dora the Explorer, Ni Hao, Kai-lan; and WonderPets! Ð into their lines of retail fabrics and craft kits, such as the Room DŽcor Kits and the Make It Yourself!™ Fleece Throw Kits.

SPRINGS CREATIVE PRODUCTS GROUP LLC ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF CYNTHIA MCCLOSKEY AS MERCHANDISING DIRECTOR
Representatives from Springs Creative Products Group LLC today announced the addition of Cynthia McCloskey as merchandising director. In this capacity, McCloskey's responsibilities include developing the merchandising strategy; sales planning, pricing, and distribution; and serving as a liaison between design, production, marketing and sales departments.
Before joining Springs Creative Products Group, McCloskey worked as the director of merchandising for Ameritex in Charlotte, N.C. Prior to that, she was the sourcing department director for Ithaca Industries Inc. in Gastonia, N.C. and a merchandise manager for NIKE INC. in Charlotte. She received a degree in merchandising from the Bauder Fashion College in Atlanta.

SPRINGS CREATIVE PRODUCTS GROUP ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF TERI THOM AS SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Representatives from Springs Creative Products Group LLC today announced the addition of Teri Thom as senior account manager. In this capacity, Thom's responsibilities include sales and product development for Jo-Ann StoresTM, Target, Tractor Supply Company®, Cracker Barrel®, ScholasticTM, A.C. Moore and Books are Fun®.
Before joining Springs Creative Products Group, Thom worked in merchandising and product development for Jo-Ann StoresTM in Hudson, Ohio. Prior to that, she served as a buyer for Dillard's Department Stores and a store manager for The Gap®. She received a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

SPRINGS CREATIVE PRODUCTS GROUP HOSTS FIRST VISITORS IN NEW COLLABORATORY AND DESIGN CENTER
Representatives from Springs Creative Products Group LLC announced today that the company has begun hosting its first visitors in their new collaboratory and design center, which opened in Rock Hill's historic Cotton Factory in June. SCPG retail partners, local design students and area civic representatives were among Springs Creative Products Group's first guests to meet at the new location.
Springs Creative Products Group's 25,000-square-foot corporate collaboratory and design center houses the company's consumer products group which consists of retail fabrics, craft and finished products. The establishment of the "Springs Creative Products Group's Design Center at the Cotton Factory" creates a unique and contemporary layout of space which supports the company's work flow processes — from product development to product completion. The facility's open floor plan includes the Historical Library of Textile Design, the largest private collection of more than 350,000 fabric swatches dating back to the 1800s.
"The collaboratory and design center is the perfect environment for Springs Creative Products Group's in-house design team to meet with retail, industry and licensing partners, as well as design students, to develop the products and trends of tomorrow," said Mike Boylan, president of Springs Creative Products Group's Consumer Products. Representatives from Springs Creative Products Group LLC (SCPG) announced today that the company has released Home Décor Kits in a variety of licensed designs including Hannah MontanaTM, High School MusicalTM and Tinkerbell®.
These juvenile do-it-yourself kits, which are being carried at retailers including Wal-Mart®, Jo-Ann FabricsTM, Target.com, Fred Meyer and Hancock Fabrics, allow consumers to create various home décor items, such as pillows, wall art and flip fringe throws. Each kit includes all of the necessary items to complete the finished product. SCPG's Home Décor Kits range in price from $13.97 to $19.99.

Springs Creative Design Center Relocated to the Historic Cotton Factory
Springs Creative Group LLC has relocated to the historic Cotton Factory in Rock Hill, S.C. The newly renovated 20,000 square foot facility, provides space for 50 Springs Creative Group employees, serves as the company’s corporate collaboratory and design center and houses the company’s consumer products group which consists of retail fabrics, craft and finished products. Springs Creative Launches New Website
A new web presence for Springs Creative was launched on August 31.
The new design and functionality reflects the new creative energy
of the company and a new mindset for doing business in today’s
textile industry. A complete break from the former corporate template,
the new site is a hybrid of in-depth business information with consumer
friendly elements throughout. The site includes a downloadable corporate
overview, project sheets, informative factoids and industry news.
Plans are already underway for enhancing the new site.

Disney Fab-liques™ At Jo-Ann Stores
Following the success of Springs Creative’s nursery Fab-liques
and coordinating quilt top panels at Jo-Ann Stores, the program
will expand this fall with the introduction of new Disney Fab-liques.
These large, colorful, multi-substrate appliqués will be
in stores in November. The assortment of twelve designs will feature
Disney favorites such as, Disney Princesses, Winnie-the-Pooh, and
Disney Cars.

Designing Spaces To Feature Make It Yourself!™
Fleece Kits
Make it Yourself! Throw and Pillow Kits will be featured on the
2007 Holiday Edition of Designing Spaces. The craft kits caught
the eye of producers while being demonstrated at the Craft and Hobby
Association trade show held in Anaheim, CA, earlier this year. The
segment, being taped in September, will begin airing in November
on cable and network stations. A demo of the product will show how
easy it is to make a throw or pillow sham for yourself or for someone
on your holiday gift list.
Designing Spaces is a half hour television series about making the
most of interiors through better design. The Telly award-winning
show is produced by Quorum Productions, Deerfield Beach, FL.

Domestic Diva Apron Kits Available at Jo-Ann
Stores.
The latest low-sew packaged craft product from Springs Creative,
Domestic Diva Aprons, has been picked up by Jo-Ann Stores and will
be available for purchase in October. Each retro apron kit contains
a one-yard cotton design panel, complete instructions and coordinating
trim for embellishment. The initial assortment at Jo-Ann Stores
will consist of four different designs, with plans to extend the
line to a total of nine designs in Spring ‘08.
