SPRINGS CREATIVE PRODUCTS GROUP, LLC ANNOUNCES LICENSING PARTNERSHIP WITH MARVEL ENTERTAINMENT, INC. FOR THE SPIDER-MAN BRAND
Rock Hill, S.C. – Representatives from Springs Creative Products Group, LLC today announced that the company has entered into a licensing agreement with Marvel Entertainment, Inc. for the Spider-Man brand. This agreement will allow Springs Creative Products Group, LLC to incorporate Spider-Man and the classic characters from the Spider-Man comic book series – including Black Cat, Electro, Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin and Rhino – into their lines of retail fabrics and craft kits, such as the Make It Yourself!™ Fleece Throw Kits.
Spider-Man fabrics and craft kits will begin to ship into the retail marketplace early in 2009 and will be featured at a variety of popular retailers including Wal-Mart®, Jo-Ann Fabrics™, Hancock Fabrics and Hobby Lobby®.
