Silamide is a two ply, twisted, waxed nylon beading thread that is very supple yet strong and colorfast. I use it in some of my beadwork pieces.

This is a specialty thread that is designed for beading, but can be used for so many other things.

Silamide is a beading thread designed for use in off-loom bead weaving and bead embroidery. It is pre-waxed and does not require conditioning which makes it great for beginner beaders!
