Project Runway, Season 9, Part 1 of the Season Finale

So, I had decided which three I thought would advance to the Season Finale and then, wham! The judges surprised me! Viktor, Joshua, Enya and Kimberly were the last four designers left on Project Runway, and they all ended up advancing to the final round.

Well, Bert was eliminated from Project Runway this week, and I was sad to see him go. Everyone had finally settled into a comfortable place with Bert and knew how to handle his personality. It made them more of a group.

Greetings from Darwin, Australia!
We just moved to Darwin (better known as the setting for the movie Australia) this past Sunday. It’s located in the Northern Territory on the coast and reminds me a lot of Florida. It’s VERY hot and humid year around, imagine 12 months of Carolina summer, phew!
I’ve been living in skirts to stay cool, and recently made a new one that is so easy and super cute! It is so quick to make and you don’t waste one bit of fabric.

“Tangled” was not just a hit in movie theatres this holiday season…

Disney’s computer animated re-imagining of the classic story of the long-locked Rapunzel, was released this holiday season with much box office success. The golden-haired heroine can now be found everywhere on “Tangled” merchandise in retailers across the country. The primary audience for Disney’s newest princess is girls aged 2 to 8, but you may find Rapunzel hiding out in the fabric “stashes” of adult female crafters as well.
