| Frequently Asked Questions
Where is Springs Creative located?
Our corporate office and distribution center is located in Rock
Hill, SC, approximately 30 miles from Charlotte NC. We also maintain
a product development, quality control and sourcing office in Shanghai,
China.
Can I order products directly from Springs Creative?
Springs Creative is a wholesaler to retailers and manufacturers.
Our fabric and craft lines are currently sold through major retailers,
including Wal-Mart, Jo-Ann Stores, Hobby Lobby and Hancock Fabrics.
If you own or operate a small business and have a valid business
tax identification number, you may purchase goods from one of our
distributors. If you are a manufacturer, we invite you to contact
our corporate office directly at 1-800-572-5771.
I am an artist and would like to sell or license my designs
to
Springs Creative. How do I proceed?
We work with artists who are represented by reputable licensing
agencies.
Licensing agents are adept at placing artists’ work with the
most appropriate marketing opportunities. These agents are also
very familiar with specific design requirements for a wide range
of product applications. The internet is a good resource for locating
licensing agencies.
Are the fabrics Springs Creative sells to Wal-Mart a lower
quality than what is available in other fabric/craft stores?
Springs Creative sells the same quality fabric to all of our customers.
Pricing of fabric is done by individual retailers based on the profits
they wish to achieve. Price is not an indicator of fabric quality.
Does Springs Creative manufacture their products in the
USA?
Much of our product continues to be manufactured domestically. With
deep roots in the American textile industry, we look for every opportunity
to produce goods in the US that meet the competitive demands of
today’s marketplace.
Does Springs Creative ever donate products to charitable
organizations?
We make product donations to reputable and worthy local, regional
and national non-profit organizations that promote creative education
or support the creative industry.
How do I find out about employment opportunities with Springs
Creative?
When job opportunities become available, they are posted online
with major career search companies, such as Careerbuilder.com
Can I create things for resale from your fabrics and crafts?
The majority of our products, specifically licensed products, are
created for non-commercial, home use only. Copyright information
and usage limitations are clearly on the selvedge of our fabrics
and the packaging of our craft products.
