The Design Center at Springs Creative

Springs Creative is more than a proprietor of fabrics and crafts. It’s also a design house staffed by seasoned designers and artists who have at their disposal one of the most immense libraries of fabric swatches, artwork and textile design reference.

The Design Center at Springs Creative is an historical archive which includes:

More than 300,000 fabric swatches from as early as the 1800s
original artwork designed or purchased in the last decade.

Digital files of licensed artwork.

Antique fabric and trend books spanning 100 years textile history.

Daisy Kingdom craft and apparel patterns and finished products from the 1970s.

Swatches have been organized by subject and image type. Some subjects include florals, geometrics, embroideries and novelty prints. To protect these resources, the swatches are being scanned into a digital catalog that will allow designers to search the collection reduce physical searching and handling of the actual fabrics.

The Design Center at Springs Creative is open to other design professionals as a research and development resource and a creative work space. For further information please contact design.center@springscreative.com.
